# Business Entity

You can track your company's **business entities globally** in **Marco** to facilitate **HR services, hiring, payments, and company cost management**.

### **Add a Business Entity**

1. Go to **Admin Settings** > **Business Entity**.
2. Select **Add New**.
3. The **New Business Entity** screen appears.
4. Enter the following details:
   * **Entity Name**
   * **Tax ID**
   * **Country**
   * **Address**
5. Upload any supporting documents.
6. Select **Save Changes**.

### **Edit a Business Entity**

1. Go to **Admin Settings** > **Business Entity**.
2. Under a business entity, select **Edit**.
3. The **Edit Business Entity** screen appears.
4. Update the relevant fields.
5. Select **Save Changes**.

### **Delete a Business Entity**

> ⚠️ **Warning:** Deleting a business entity **cannot** be undone. However, deleted entities can be viewed in **Deleted Items**.

1. Go to **Admin Settings** > **Business Entity**.
2. Under a business entity, select the **Delete** icon.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
