# Updating Staff Info

### Updating Staff Personal Information

While staff members typically update their own personal information, managers can also make changes to details such as **name, nationality, address, ID, passport information, and emergency contacts**.

The specific information you can edit depends on your **access privileges**.

**To edit a staff member's personal information:**

1. Go to **People**.
2. Select a staff member > **Personal**.
3. Under **Personal Details, Passport, Emergency, or Other Details**, select **Edit Info**.
4. The **Edit** screen appears.
5. Update the relevant fields.
6. Select **Save Changes**.

### **Updating Staff Work Details**

Managers can update a staff member's **work details**, such as **work location, probation end date, or contract end date**. The specific fields you can edit depend on your **access privileges**.

**To edit a staff member's work details:**

1. Go to **People**.
2. Select a staff member > **Work**.
3. Under **Work Info, Employment Info, or Company Specific Data**, select **Edit Info**.
4. The **Edit** screen appears.
5. Update the relevant fields.
6. Select **Save Changes**.
