Visa Applications
In Marco, you can record and manage visa applications for your staff's work assignments or relocations.
Viewing Visa Cases
You can view visa cases in the following sections:
People > Mobility – View visa cases for an individual staff member.
Global Mobility – View visa cases for all assigned staff.
Adding Visa Cases
To add a visa case, follow the steps below:
Go to People.
Select a staff member > Mobility.
Under Visa Details, select Add New Case.
The Add New Visa Case screen appears.
Enter the visa case details:
Leaving Country
Arriving Country
Visa Name
Application Status
(Optional) Expiry Date (for the current visa)
Request Date (for the visa application)
In Notes, enter any additional details about the visa case.
Upload any application or approval documents.
Select Save Changes.
Go to Global Mobility.
Select Add New Case.
The Add New Visa Case screen appears.
Select a staff member.
Enter the visa case details:
Leaving Country
Arriving Country
Visa Name
Application Status
(Optional) Expiry Date (for the current visa)
Request Date (for the visa application)
In Notes, enter any additional details about the visa case.
Upload any application or approval documents.
Select Save Changes.
Editing Visa Cases
To update a visa case, follow these steps:
Go to People.
Select a staff member > Mobility.
Under Visa Details, select a visa case.
Click Edit Info.
Update the relevant fields.
Select Save Changes.
Go to Global Mobility.
Select a visa case.
Click Edit Info.
Update the relevant fields.
Select Save Changes.
Deleting Visa Cases
To remove a visa case, follow these steps:
Go to People.
Select a staff member > Mobility.
Under Visa Details, select a visa case.
Click Remove Visa Record.
Go to Global Mobility.
Select a visa case.
Click Remove Visa Record.
