Updating Vendor Basic Information

You can update your vendor's basic information, including the logo, name, and platform terms.

Fields You Can Update:

• Logo – Upload a logo with the recommended size: 350 × 122 pixels.

• Vendor Name – Enter the company name (not the business entity name).

• Platform Terms – Users must agree to two privacy terms:

  1. Customer Privacy Terms

  2. Platform Terms provided by the platform vendor.

Editing Basic Settings

1. Go to Vendor Portal > Logo.

2. Upload a new logo and enter a new vendor name.

3. Upload any supporting documents, if required.

4. Select Save Changes.
