Managing Staff Documents

Managers can upload, download, or delete staff documents as needed.

📤 Uploading Documents

Staff members typically upload their own documents, but managers can also do so on their behalf. You can upload employment-related documents, such as:

  • Education certificates

  • Contracts

  • Work permits

  • Resignation letters

To upload documents:

Go to People

Select a staff member > Docs

Select Upload File

Select the documents to upload

You can upload multiple documents at once

Select Save Changes


📥 Downloading Documents

Managers can access and download staff documents from Marco.

To download a document:

Go to People

Select a staff member > Docs

Select the Download Icon


🗑️ Deleting Documents

⚠️ Important: Deleting a document is permanent and cannot be undone. However, all deleted documents can be viewed in Deleted Items.

To delete a document:
