Updating Staff Personal Information

While staff members typically update their own personal information, managers can also make changes to details such as name, nationality, address, ID, passport information, and emergency contacts.

The specific information you can edit depends on your access privileges.

To edit a staff member's personal information:

Go to People

Select a staff member > Personal

Select Edit Info

Under Personal Details, Passport, Emergency, or Other Details

Update the relevant fields

Select Save Changes


Updating Staff Work Details

Managers can update a staff member's work details, such as work location, probation end date, or contract end date. The specific fields you can edit depend on your access privileges.

To edit a staff member's work details:
