My Info page shows your personal and job-related information in one place. You can view details like your personal profile, bank information, work information, and contract details. It helps you keep

🧑‍💻 Personal

Your Personal section contains your basic personal details, such as:

  • Name and nationality

  • Residential address

  • Identification and passport information

  • Emergency contact details

You can view your personal information in My Info > Personal

✏️ Updating Personal Information

Your personal information includes details such as your name, nationality, address, ID, passport information, and emergency contacts.

To edit your personal information:

Go to My Info > Personal

Select Edit Info

Under Personal Details, Passport, Emergency, or Other Details

The Edit screen appears

Update the relevant fields

Select Save Changes


🏦 Bank

Your Bank section contains your bank account details used for salary payments.

This information is required to ensure your salary is paid accurately and on time.

You can view your bank information in My Info > Bank

✏️ Updating Bank Details

You can add, edit, delete, and set a default bank account in My Info. Your bank details will be used to process your salary payments.

1. Adding a Bank Account:

Go to My Info > Bank

Select Add New

The Add New Bank Info screen appears.

Choose the Bank Country and Payment Method (Local or SWIFT)

Note: This selection cannot be changed later.

Select Create Bank Account

Enter the beneficiary details, address details, and bank details

Select Save Changes

Your bank account has been added

You can select it to view its details

2. Editing Bank Account Details

You can update beneficiary details, address details, and bank details if they are incorrect. However, the bank country and payment method cannot be changed.

To edit your bank account details:

Go To My Info > Bank

Under the bank account, select ⋮ (three-dot icon) > Edit.

The Edit Bank Info screen appears

📌 Setting a Default Bank Account

The default bank account is used to process your salary payments. Typically, you can set only one default account.

If you are an Expat, you can set default bank accounts for both your home and host countries. These accounts can be the same or different.

To set a default bank account:

  1. Go to My Info > Bank.

  2. Under the bank account, select (three-dot icon) > Set As Default.

The selected bank account has been set as your default.

🗑️ Deleting a Bank Account

⚠️ Important: Deleting a bank account is irreversible. However, all deleted accounts can be viewed in Deleted Items.

To delete a bank account:

  1. Go to My Info > Bank.

  2. Under the bank account, select ⋮ (three-dot icon) > Delete.

🏢 Work

Your Work section contains your employment-related details, including:

  • Reporting manager

  • Job title and role

  • Work location

  • Employment start-date and probation details

You can view your work details in My Info > Work

📋 Contract

Your Contract section shows your employment contract records, such as:

  • Contract type

  • Contract period

  • Employment entity

  • Uploaded contract documents

You can view your contract information in My Info > Contract
